[i]"My friend likes hobbits and he uses severed his bonds and it says that at site 1to 4 you can cancel a skirmish but next to the 1 and 4 on the card it has a tower shape on it like on the site paths...

Not necessarially bearers, just ring-bound so they can hang out with this fellowship. And the bounce effect from Two Towers block would be superb.

Home and Hearth might give some aid for the issue with burdens, considering you've got three hobbits to play during the course of the game. They're free, so they aid your choke, and are non-unique. ...
