Ummm, let’s see. Unless you are running some mass burden AND condition removal, 8 burdens (or more) by site 4 is incredibly easy with nazgul turbo corruption:

As far as just pure archery,  archery is the best. But I think that the targeted archery and threat manipulation that Southrons have can be much more effective, especially with Seasoned Leader....
