I think they’ll let it be. There is no Eye Block, so there will be no rotation. Assuming they don’t go for a last ditch attempt at money and rotate everything except Hunter’s Block.

Refuge. Or mass wounding. But actually it doesn’t hurt. Yeah, Steward’s Tomb hurts a little, but the point is go second, play Doorway to Doom/Neekerbreekers’, swap out with Nelya, repeat.
