Yeah, I went up to a guy in Nebraska who was clearing out, and he sold me 20 copies of Frodo, Resolute Hobbit (Promo) for $1.50

Not really my idea, but thanks. This trick has been used for forever, and to avoid cards that key off of the dead pile, you can always use Falls of Rauros (if you must, not really worth adding

He means reconciling. And yes, you can discard one card from hand to draw a card when you reconcile.
