Not pavise. Strange Looking Men is the broken card. If SLM was banned, Pavise would be back to its original useful role.

Forced March. This card is extremely broken.

I don’t think this card needs to be x-listed. Maybe an errata saying that you have to discard two conditions instead of spotting.
