Done. Regarding Ufthak, Ufthak was a guy Shagrat and Gorbag mentioned that was captured by Shelob, poisoned with one of her poisons, and then left for some reason. When they found him, he was awake....

I was thinking more along the lines that he might not make it to the regroup phase with 0 strength, but with 5 its very likely, so his cache of regroup events can trigger.
