5 companions, 4 Ithilien Blades. Although slapping a Knight’s spear on another guy wouldn’t be a bad idea, since Boromir wouldn’t be skirmishing.

Well...I have a twist that revolves around end of the game to drop minions. Great healing.

um...the boromir RB + Faramir, Captain of Gondor is better. Especially since that Faramir is almost alway strength 9 (or 12 w/ Ithilien Blade)

Actually, 7-10. And probably because he can pull off the threats Faramir adds, with two companions, the ring-bearer is probably fighting.
