Good job with Alcarin, but apart from the hunter thing, I feel that Turgon is a bit long-winded and too much like the Boromir Knight. Something different would be refreshing.

I defend my choice of wording for Circling High. SoP’s way, the snapshot rule makes it only apply to the current site at the time of playing it. My way, every site the fellowship is at until the end...
