This deck is based simply on Radagast’s Herb Bag, which involves using Gandalf to wound minions completely to death! Someone mentioned it on the T&D thread, and I thought I’d give it a go.

I think that’s fine, a wound for a wound is reasonable. If you’re really worried about it, you can always make it add
, but I personally wouldn’t.
