About Storm of Arrows, the problem is that you’re losing untargetted wounds to get targetted exertions, which isn’t such a great trade-off.

I was just thinking out loud about some cards linking
 and  fortifications and thought that Aragorn might be a good vessel for this being Gondor but fighting in Rohan.

Okay toned that card down and increased the cost of the first.
