Basically here is how it goes. Choose 28 names from the below list and post the coresponding numbers below. On Wednesday I will add them up and the 28 characters with the most votes go in the set.

My original plan was to add up which characters were selected most and they would in but I now see that that wasn’t the best idea ever.
