it says spot a gollum/smeagol culture card. Does this mean it can spot the opposing freeps card also?

it says any gollum/smeagol card though o.o. It can be the opposing players card too, or you could just stick a web in your deck just for that.

Your basically killing them with this card, since most companions only start out with 3-4 vitality. Nice card, but 4 twilight is a bit high, you could play a 12 str Uruk-Hai with 12 Twilight.
