Followers transfer back at the end of the turn. At site 9, the game ends before the turn ends, so yes, he could keep your RB from being corrupted at site 9.

I don’t see how White Hand Marshal and Ancient Chieftain are even remotely similar. But this guy is pretty good. Nice simple site control.

This sword does indeed stop Denethor’s special abilities, which is why this sword is useless on the new Denethor.
