The modifier lasts until the end of the phase. As soon as the next phase starts, the current one ends. There is no "in between" phase.

Not all of them are reborn. Some, like Fëanor himself, are kept there until the end of the world.

Each copy of the legion can give a maximum of +4 archery per archery phase.

Actually, both of you are wrong. The strength pump lasts for the entire skirmish phase, and Duinhir’s ability happens during that same skirmish phase.

Well, I don’t remember where I heard about all Elves having unique names, but here is an explanation of Glorfindel:

Most likely. The Silm’s Glorfindel was killed by a Balrog, and since Tolkien said that no 2 Elves can have the same name, that means Glorfindel was sent back from the Halls of Mandos.

Just Gil-galad, Elrond and a few other Elves. Check the cardlists to see exactly who is in this game.

They were clarified to all have the same title of ’Bilbo.’

He means there is a 1 and a 2 printed over each other in the black diamond on some copies of Saruman’s Snows.

If it is your staff played on an opponent’s Gandalf, you can use the staff’s text to take another shadow player’s Saruman into your hand.
