Yeah, the idea is to bid 1, go first, and play Dammed Gate-stream so you can pull out whatever you need.
I pair it with Dunland site control, since any site control deck will want to go first.

Well, the idea was that you have to match just the last word, not the last two words, and as I recall, there is no card whose last word in the title is "Seeing" (or "The" for The Palantir of Orthanc)....

A chain of cards means that the first word of each card must match the last word of the previous card.
