Faramir doesn’t reduce the twilight cost of himself, for the reason his gametext doesn’t apply when he is not played yet. From the moment you can spot him, his gametext comes into action.

I played a movie block deck with frodo and sam from BoHD. Sam must be trippled, which is good and Frodo is I guess the one that remove a burden eachtime you play a ringbound companion.
