I can't really give any advise when the deck doesn't seem to have a clear strategy behind it. One thing though, with a rainbow fellowship like this, you should rather use Gandalf, Friend of the Shiref...

Hope of Free Peoples is a must in a Gondor Wraith deck.

Don't forget that Lady Redeemed is x'ed and No Stranger to the Shadows is restricted, in expanded format (x'ed in standard).
