Well, unfortunately the US Post Office has no Norwegian branch. Otherwise I would have used them to send the cards.

Shipping from Norway to Europe is NOK 13 (A priority letter 20-50 grams), which is a little over $2. The rest is for the envelope, toploaders etc.
