It says exert x minions and the ring says x dwarves. So say the difference was 3 you exert 3 minions not 2 minions and 1 of them again cos then youve placed 3 exertions but youve exerted 2 minions. It...

No sorry fishfleas it says "x minions" "not x exertions on minions" so if there is only 1 minion but you have a difference of 5 you can only exert that 1 guy once or if there was 5 minions each one on...
