First one is fine. Second one needs to cost 2, or, 3 and toil 1. Minuses to companions are a lot better than pluses to minions and so should be harder to attain.

Yup i know a guy who is owed 1 of all of them and has only had 3 of them. Hes been waiting close to 2 years now i think. He’s give up contacting D about them. Hardly any of the Arwens have gone out....
