thanks guys. as for the deck size, i run a 37 card nazzy corruption deck that cycles fairly well, and i often play against a sauron card-discard deck where 33 cards would crash way too soon. but i see...

well, there are a lot of good gondor decks. i suggest going to the LOTR deck archive, and searching for a few good deck lists.

yeah, i have to go with A since the lack of culture enforcement makes B too powerful. think of it with grimbeorn. but they were both very good cards.
