I completely agree with you. You should make your own DC set, man! I’d like to see what you’re capable of. Maybe something like "The Alliance of Elves and Men".

I disagree.
The way I have it set up, you could run this in a Rohan deck without any Gondor support whatsoever (you’d get to play any Rohan card during the maneuver phase, albeit without a TC red... Posted: Mon Dec 11, 2006 12:12 pm |

Okay, so I’m still not sure about the main Rebel themes and such. But, with everything I know about the Rebellion in mind, I’ll just jump into some cards and see what I come up with.
