I have my plans... and rebels isn’t part of it... although I see where you are coming from. I wont have a rebel theme in any tribal way... but there may be a couple rebels as a sub type.

Well those are the set names. Usually the Block name is decided based on the name of the first set in the block (invasion, ice age, mirrodin, etc) so in this case the block would be Uprising.

I decided to create my own block rather than a set. It would be cool to make an image of each card but I will settle for Set Names, Storylines, Characters, and text versions of cards.

yeah.... i just wanted it to be cool... it really doesnt matter either way since 95% of the time it will be used at sorcery speed anyway.

i think it’s cost could be adjusted. But this is going to be an aggro deck with a low curve so you will generally only be able to play X being 4 at most. And even than I don’t think it would matte...

but mana abilities DO NOT use the stack so you DONT have priority so you CAN’T play spells.
