Well, the only reason I don’t like this is because it’s rare, I don’t love abiding evil for the same reason, so I’ll give it a 4 because it IS useful.

I like him, nice aternative to Theoden, the Renowned. Too bad he’s not valiant, but he works great with Haleth, Son of Hama.

Heck, it’s not Ships of Great Draught, but it’s not that bad, either. Caravan from the south and Corsair Grappling Hook both work well with it, and
