it is powerful, but if the Shadow player plays no minions or plays something like Orkish Lackeys then the condition will be discarded at end of turn for lack of skirmishes.

this keyword is useless... the only REAL use is the shire transfer condition as can be pretty handy.

there are some nice cards here to have foiled like Gothmog, Sting, Shelob, Theoden, Beorning Axe, Crown of Gondor (should look pretty in foil) and some others...
