I cannot begin to say how good this is. Plop it on the witch king with his beast for 3 exertions or burdens(or better with GotDC as Nbarden mentioned). Simply killer.

Very nice, with hunter uruks, you splash poised for assualt take control of a site easily and reap the rewards. Then you take control of it and possible use Uruk cavern striker.
