Yea, yea... bib is right. You can choose whether or not you are going to do it, and if you do you have to do it to it’s fullest. Sorry I missread.

It’s not a must... it’s may. So if you win with your Imrahil you may exert up to 2 minions, but you can choose 1 or 0 if you’d like.

Same with war club, you can discard 2, 1, or 0.
