Yes, it is real. This spoiler was provided to hosts of the TOCs. I didn’t see it until yesterday, as I have already run my TOC (Colorado Springs).

I ran the TOC for Colorado Springs this past Saturday, and I had a total of 12 players. Four of those players were ’walk in’ people, who did not have Decipher ID numbers - nor did they want them....
