Well, my reasoning on it is that it’s only for Wraiths. They’re already strong and remove burdens easily, so if they win the skirmish, it’s not all that bad.

Quick question. Doesn’t a Ring-Bearer count as a type of card? I’ve always seen it as one and the LotR Online TCG counts it as one as well.
