I don’t have enough time ATM to devote to this, but it would be interesting if somebody could GM a GURPS/D&D-style campaign, with dice. It would be a bit of work, but you could take the basic GURPS ...

The word "guerrilla", I think, is what doesn’t sound Middle-Earthy.
I really like this keyword, with how it encourages a double-move. It’s interesting, how it breaks the Rule of 5, more or less...
