I'd probably have to go with Mt Doom and the whole WOTR block. Bloodlines especially adds some awesome stuff for the freeps, and it's about time.

Nazgul or Orc Cultures are probably the best at adding burdens at the moment.

If Eomer was the new RB, could you see at starting fellowship of Eomer, Theoden, and Theodred? Add a Radagast at site 1, and make it to Mt. Doom in 2 turns.

Yeah, if Theoden was the RB, what would his starting resistance be? Like 2? And he'd have gametext like: While you can spot Eomer or Gandalf, Theoden is resistance +4..

from what I've seen playing it online, Bloodlines is a nice set. Some cards are being abused though, starting with Pallando.
