can i use a creature’s ability right after i put it into play? say, glimmering angels ability to deflect spells and abilities, or is it still too sick to do anything at all? and what is the scenario...

when u say "play loxodon mystic now" it meant when i use loxodon mystic to attack now, i wouldn’t be able to use its ability during my opponents turn since it’s in the attack position.

can i use bloodrock cyclops to attack during my opponent’s turn?
