The first thing you need to do is to make sure you have an equal amount of fellowship and shadow cards... As it stands now, you have 31 for the fellowship and 30 for your shadow side.

Read the card text once more guys. The card clearly states you can wound a minion skirmishing a dwarf, so the only time you get to wound more than 1 minion, is if that Dwarf is assigned to more...
