Telepathy is by far the best elven deck(especially with nazguls)

Indeed, I also switched Wind that sped ships for Fierce in despair. just discard the initiative boat to get pool for it:D I mean just drop a plunderer castamir and a marauder/numenorian and youll most...

I know he aint, but he is unusal to be played with, and it wasnt a reply to the gandy-ringbearer with rohan post but with the gandy rohan deck is a beast thingie:P
