This Elven choke deck focuses on skirmish events, using the texts of Elrohir and Elladan to the fullest.

Note: This deck is for Cobra’s Challenge, and thus includes at least 1 card from every set that has a FP card in it.

Nenya, Ring of Adamant x2

Hosts of the Last Alliance x2
Border Defenses x2
Supporting Fire x2
That is No Orc Horn x2
Forearmed x2
Defiance x2
Still Needed x2
Life of the Eldar
Fleet-footed x2
Attunement x2
Final Shot x2
Point Blank Range x2
Lothlorien Guides x2

Strategy
As you can see, this deck is comprised mostly of a ton of Elven skirmish events. In fact, the only card that adds twilight during the fellowship phase is Hosts of the Last Alliance.

With so little twilight being added, many fewer minions will be played, resulting in very few wounds. That is No Orc Horn, Nenya, Ring of Adamant, and Hosts of the Last Alliance all protect your companions enough to get by, and with sanctuaries + Old Forest Road you’ll be doing fine.

Corruption isn’t as issue, since Galadriel has 8 resistance. Slap a Phial of Galadriel on her, and suddenly she has 10 resistance! Your opponent won’t be able to play as many cards as usual, so that aids you even more. And to top it all off, Orc corruption is completely eliminated by the fact that the deck is nearly completely events.

That is No Orc Horn also assists against site control decks, and Lothlorien Guides keeps your opponent’s conditions in check.

Add three copies of Elven Bow, and cut Life of the Eldar and go with A Grey Ship. Then the deck would really work well together. It would be 36 cards...but it would be completely usable.

I originally included the Elven Bows in the deck, but I threw them out after I thought about it for a second. 3 archery normally won’t stop a swarm, because any half-decent swarm deck should have enough vitality to cope with it.

Well...with A Grey Ship, it could heal three companions. As is, there’s no point to Life of the Eldar, so A Grey Ship with Elven Bow s makes every card useful.
