Between these tags, give a short description of your deck. Go a step beyond basic decktype info, and tell us what makes your design unique!

I know what you’re thinking. WOLVES?!?!? Where are wolves in Lorwyn block?
Well, to be specific, only one card. Wren’s Run Packmaster.
Shall we examine?
Mana Base:
Forest x 16
Vivid Grove x 4
Elvish Harbinger x 4
Leaf Gilder x 4
Creatures:
Woodland Changeling x 4
Treefolk Harbinger x 4
Wren’s Run Packmaster x 4
Seedguide Ash x 4
Changeling Titan x 4
Brion Stoutarm x 4
Enchantments:
Fertile Ground x 4
Sorceries/Instants:
Woodland Guidance x 4
Mega Mana + Wren’s Run Packmaster = TONS OF DEATHTOUCH WOLVES!
Need I say more? Well...I will.
Seedguide Ash is designed to get to the graveyard as fast as possible with Brion Stoutarm. When he does, fun things begin to happen. Like, lots of mana. Then with Fertile Ground, Elvish Harbinger, and Leaf Gilder, suddenly you’re producing mana en masse. Spend it ALL on Wren’s Run Packmaster, which BTW can be grabbed back with Woodland Guidance, generating wolves, and go aggro.
Oh, and the Titan has deathtouch. Fun, isn’t it? |

I’d pack the cheapest grren wolf, Woodland Changeling, and lose Elf Eulogist. And I’m not sure as to what happens with Seedguide Ash... What do you mean? |

I thought you had a way to make it come into play faster. |

Treefolk Harbinger.
Once you get 1 land and a Harbinger, you can get the Ash into your hand, and then when you get him into play, you can get him killed to grab 3 lands. He helps set up your mana base faster.
I couldn’t find any Lorwyn card that sacrificed creatures, or I’d run that. |

I think it ends up being a poor strategy, "praying he dies". But I can’t also think of another way to get him killed, perhaps he doesn’t quite fit in Limited? A nice way to make mana (althought would need some working on, since it’s WAAAY off-color) is Soulbright Flamekin, PLUS, his trampe-giving ability works well enough with the Treefolk. |

Option 1: Nice beater
Option 2: Sets up the mana base
I like it.
Or I pack a couple Brion Stoutarm with the Harbinger and the Fertile Ground to grab 3 lands and swing for 5.
Or evoke a Shriekmaw to kill my guy and grab three lands.
All seem inefficient. |

PLEASE, do not use Giant Harbinger, it’s terrible and overcosted. Just pack 4 Brion, one will come eventually. Also, he makes a REALLY good interaction with Changeling Titan! Swing, stack damage, hurl the titan, Harbinger comes into play again (you DO champion harbingers, right?), gets another Titan, so on, so forth. The manabase would require some work, though, with a number of Vivid Lands, Shimmering Grotto, and possibly Wanderer’s Twig. Of course, all this reduces the number of, well, FORESTS in the deck, making Seedguide Ash less spectacular, which would kind of defeat the purpose of bringing Brion in, which is hurling him... But then again, it’d give you access to some more badass wolves, like Changeling Hero and/or Changeling Berserker. |

Nah, I meant the elf harbinger that taps for any mana color. That and Fertile Ground. I add some Vivid Groves, and with the Harbingers and Fertile Ground, I should have enough of a multicolor base to splash Brion.
Yeah, I champion the TREEFOLK harbinger, not the elvish one. The elvish one is to valuable to champion.
Dropped Wren’s Run Vanquisher for Brion Stoutarm and dropped 4 forests for Vivid Grove. 16 forests is still pretty good working area for Seedguide Ash. |
