Looks alright, but i shudder to think about the pool costs of burning them, playing new people and the cost to heal everyone with those expensive cards. If you dont draw a sftf straight away your going to run hell of a risk each site you go on not fully set up. |

As soon as I get a Saved From the Fire, I set up gorn automatically, and he begins machine gunning people. Yeah, that throws out, like 15+ twilight, but I should get Saved from the Fire at site 1, in which case the chances are they can’t hit me TO hard. There’s no doubling to 3, that’s for sure, which could hurt.
After that, the Rohan guys come out, hopefully at site 2, and the cost isn’t all that bad anymore. |

You know, completely on my own, I recently constucted a deck very similiar to this that also features Faramir CoI and the hunters. It actually has 40 cards, but I’m still able to pull a SftF almost every time by Site 2, or 3 at the latest. Yes, it’s lots of twilight, but getting to pull them and some of their stuff like that makes up for it later on. |
Best regards, Dáin, Vice Aftokrator of the Chosen Ones
Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |
