I submit the following.
 Gil-galad, Lord of the Elves 
Strength: 10
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 8
Fellowship: Exert twice to make every minion strength -1 until the regroup phase.
Maneuver: Exhaust Gil-galad to make an Elf companion damage +1 and strength +3 until the regroup phase.
Archery: Discard Gil-galad to make the fellowship archery total +2.
Skirmish: Exert Gil-galad to make every minion skirmishing him strength -2. |
