I’d say a Gandalf, Leader of Men getting burned to Saved from the Fire to grab a Gandy signet Gandy, Radagast, and Sent Back would be awesome.
Start some Gandy signet Frodo, Sam, GEW, Gandalf, Leader of Men, and then set up 4 signets w/ 4 comps. |

Here is what I came up with for a pretty much just Gandalf and Radagast deck (of course you need a RB, but that is the only other comp).
Starting:
Frodo, Weary From the Journey
The One Ring, The Ring of Doom
Gandalf, Leader of the Company (but any will do, since he gets burned ASAP)
Companions:
Radagast, The Brown x2
Gandalf, Returned x3
Possessions/Artifacts:
Radagast’s Staff x2
Glamdring, Elven Blade x2
Shadowfax, Roaring Wind x2
Sting, Bane of the Eight Legs
Events
Look to My Coming x3
Saved From the Fire x4
The Terror of His Coming x2
Conditions:
Not the First Halfling x2
Sent Back x4
Strange Meeting x3
Followers:
Pallando, Far-Traveling One
Alatar, Final Envoy
I’m sure it needs work but a pretty good start for throwing it together in 30 minutes and stopping to answer IMs and PMs. |

Why not run a solid  comp with Gandalf, Leader of Men in the starting fellowship?
Sam, GEW would be a good choice IMO. Base strength, 5, vitality, 4. And able to take the ring in case of a freak accident to Frodo, since you’re throwing him in the fray.
Methinks Glamdring, FH with The Great Ring would be awesome. If you decide to run Sam, stick in Sam, Weapon of Heritage as well as Golden Perch Ale, and suddenly, you have massive burden-peeling engine for using The Great Ring.
Drop Strange Meeting for G for Grand. Oh, since you’re running Gandalf, Returned, you can probably drop 1x each of the possessions. |

| I understand where you are coming from but I was under the impression Dain wanted a deck with just Radagast and Gandalf and if not, as few extra comps as he could get. |
