--- description ---
Combo Brion Stoutarm with Nova Chaser and whaadaya get?
--- end description ---
Lands:
Vivid Meadow x 4
Vivid Plains x 4
Ancient Ampitheater x 4
Battlefield Forge x 4
Plains x 6
Mountain x 2
Creatures:
Brion Stoutarm x 4
Flameking Harbinger x 4
Nova Chaser x 4
Jotun Grunt x 4
Calciderm x 4
Wooly Razorback x 4
Sorceries:
Heat Shimmer x 4
Instants:
Righteousness x 4
Enchatments:
Oblivion Ring x 4
The point of the deck is to combo Brion Stoutarm with a bunch of high power creatures, namely, Nova Chaser. The fun part of the combo works like this.
Flameking Harbinger to nab Nova Chaser.
Nova Chaser champions Harbinger.
Brion sacs Nova Chaser to swing for 10 and gain 10 life.
Harbinger enters play and nabs another Nova Chaser.
Repeat until out of Nova Chasers.
Repeat with Changeling Bersekers.
Another combo is to use Righteousness in combo with Brion to swing for 7 for !
Heat Shimmer is also fun to duplicate Nova Chasers and swing with Brion. |

i love using the Brion and Nova combo, but I dont really like some of ur other cards in it like jotun grunt and calciderm
why not take out some non-elemental and add more elementals like the banneret to make things cheaper and the one elemental that buffs +1/+1 and taps to bring out any elemental |

On the other hand, I think it might be fine as it is, but I don’t think you have reliable ways to get Brion into play every time, with no tutoring or card-drawing, and the deck might lack alternative win conditions. I’d cut Righteousness to the sideboard, against aggro decks (terrific Goyf killer), alongside Threaten, and possibly pack Mana Tithe, Condemn, etc, mainly, more useful spells. |

Yeah, which is USELESS unless:
1) They have creatures;
2) They have ATTACKING creatures;
3) They have attacking creatures WHICH you can block;
4) You have Brion Stoutarm out;
5) You have Brion Stoutarm AND another creature out;
6) THey have a big enough creature to actually attack INTO a humongous 4/4 lifelink AND whatever other big dude you might have, considering you’ll be making double use of your lifelink ability.
Doesn’t sound like a very good deal to me... |

Yeah, but most of those decks also pack some form of removal to get blockers out of the way, making Condemn better than Righteousness anyway. |
