| This is prolly well-known and such, but I’m too lazy to look it up right now. How exactly do you take control of a site? Are shadow players allowed to liberate sites? I’m pretty sure they can’t but one card from TD says for the shadow player to liberate a site. Comments? |

| You take control of a site when a card tells you to take control of a site. Shadow players can only liberate a site using that one card you mentioned, and only a site that that particular player controls. |
| All cards do what they say. | |
