I would drop the lurker part (not really needed), and make his skirmish ability only work with Shadow conditions.

Since you’re already exerting a minion, you don’t need the spotting requirement (you can always spot a minion if you’re exerting them as well!).
The cost is very high, since you have to spend 3 twilight, exert a minion, and discard 3 cards from hand, just to get 2 archery. I’d drop the cost to 2 and have it only discard 2 cards from hand.

I would change it to exert twice, since he can easily draw 6 cards (or exhaust someone).

Looks good, although you could drop the spotting requirement. Also, maybe his resistance should be 7 or 8. |

tOO has a point it does sound like a condition also it is too good for a condition if you don’t discard ti after doing that.

I think it should be able to play a gollum possession from your draw deck

A nice card, good thing you’ve got the limit. But...couldn’t Faramir exert to heal himself, triggering cards like Stewards’ Legacy? Make it "to heal another companion"

Make it "and remove a token". Otherwise, you could just play cheap cards, and add in any archery. Then, play a bunch of those cheap minions again, and discard them all to make the archery total something like a billion.

Hmm...were you intending here to capitalize on Toil? That’s a good use. Also, this would be good to fight Shadowplay and Unheeded.
