Dream Cards are awesome. Making a new card and test playing it is even better. I’ll do cards of any culture, any sort.
Here’s my first example:
(1)·Vigor and Rage
Condition·Support Area
Each time the fellowship moves, you may spot 3 unwounded companions to remove a threat.
Maneuver: Spot 2 Dwarves and add 2 threats to wound 2 minions. Discard this condition.
I’ll keep up with the requests as much as I can and notify you all when I’ll be gone.

Each time Gandalf wins a skirmish, you may add to remove a threat.
Response: If a minion with an original strength of 9 or more was killed in a skirmish, you may discard a shadow possession or shadow condition. Discard this condition.

Ooh, that’s an interesting card! I’ve never seen anything played on a site before...(BTW, "plays on a site" isn’t needed, since you already have "Condition•Site" in the card)
That would’ve been a great Bloodlines card. |

That would’ve been a great Bloodlines card.
Pummeling blow is one of the first to do it - it’s in hunters. And theres also a rohan card from ROTK - I believe that one was the first condition to be played on a site.
The reason why I put that in there was to restrict the Free peoples player from putting it in the region ahead of them. So if they were on site 3 or site 6, they couldn’t put it on site 4 or 7, just after they healed.

Actually, there were Shadow cards that played on a site: Saruman’s Frost, Saruman’s Chill, Saruman’s Snows...I’d never noticed Free Peoples cards that did it. A cool card. I love the downside, too. |

Oh, yeah. It’s been a while since I’ve looked at my FOTR cards.

That was my first thought exactly. However, it’s not a card that’s on your field or support area, it’s on the adventure path. That would mean that it’s active regardless of who played it, or at least, I think that’s what Carpe was frgetting at. Check with a DGMA judge on Decipher’s message boards. They were the guys who solved the controversy between Gollum, Hopeless and Frodo, Weary from the Journey.
