1: Ulaire Cantea, Black Assassin might be good. You could add in 2 copies of him instead of Ulaire Nelya, Assailing Minion. That version of Nelya doesn’t seem to be very good.
2: Morgul King is awesome, but if you wanted to add a couple copies of another Witch-king as well, maybe you should use The Witch-king, Captain of the Nine Riders.
Some other ideas would be to switch out Ulaire Enquea, Faster Than Winds with Ulaire Enquea, Lieutenant of Morgul. LoM is great at triggering the threats.
Oh yeah, and Morgul Ruffian doesn’t seem like he’s needed in this deck.
