I changed the culture to  , because I couldn’t really think what to make it do as a card.
 Cloven in Two
Event • Response
If a companion takes a wound, exert an Uruk-hai to discard a possession borne by that companion. |

Here’s a possible card. Sort of a "Boromir’s Revenge", if you get my meaning. 
 Horn Cloven
Event•Response
If a Man is killed, exert a companion to exert a minion for each wound that was on that Man. |

Condition
Response Each time a companion is killed you may spot an minion to exert an unbound companion.
Discard this condition to make an minion strength -1 and damage +1 until the regroup phase.
is this ok?? kinda similar to lurtz battle cry but its still good. |

PT: I think it’s a bit too powerful. Also, it needs a bit of work on layout and such. Here’s my suggested revision:
•Cloven in Two
Condition • Support Area
Each time a companion is killed, you may spot an minion to exert an unbound companion.
Skirmish: Discard this condition to make an minion strength -2 and damage +1. |
