Do you throw your cards around in a fit. And start fights with yourself? Ending up with one of yourself running home to momma crying?
I know Hazael does that. |

I just played myself in 20-card!
My Dwarves/"Ninja" Gollum (not really a NG, ’cause I don’t have enough RL cards for that) vs. my Elves/Moria "Swarm" (again, I didn’t have enough of Goblin Runner)
Gollum just kept coming back with Web, and when I got Shelob out, I stuck Spider Poison on Legolas, Companion of the Ring. We Must Have It...usually had three copies in hand (20 card, so continually reshuffling), so BAM! Elvses went down one by one. |

Anonymous Prodigy vs. SnowBalrog
wounding + corruption vs. wounding + corruption
I won the bid, 2-1. Got 4 companions out early and pumped them with possessions; he did the same. I was looking good until he played 2 Sense of Obligations on 2 of my Dwarves. Then he used Toldea MoM’s ability to assign to Dwarves other than the bearers of SoO, and he quickly put several burdens on me. Then on site 8 he used BNAP with Enquea ToTO and used Enquea’s text to put the final 2 burdens on me. Good game, SnowBalrog! |
I had to put something here. |

That was a close one.. I couldn’t have caught up, since you made those early doubles.. Corruption is a tough match for Dwarves.. especially in expanded.. zowie! Good game! |
Marcus: Our Snow Balrog would be a lot more impressive if it didn't keep melting.
Jason: Maybe if we used a little less lighter fluid...? |

So that’s the game you were talking about when I PM’d you. I wish you could be a spectator. |

Played my little brother, Hunters Starters.
1st Game: Me with the Aragorn Starter, him with Mauhúr. I pulled Aragorn right away, and proceeded to follow his Rohirrim along the Adventure Path. I hit him with an opportune Anduin Banks when he had 7 companions, but I couldn’t quite finish the job. Meanwhile, the Uruks dealt me enough damage to hold me behind. Both of us decked out, and he beat me to Site 9.
2nd Game: We switched decks. I took a little while to get enough of my possessions out, so I took early damage and couldn’t double into Site 3 ahead of him. He made the mistake of doubling into Site 6-Anduin Banks-with 5 companions, and I hit him HARD with fierce Uruks. Seeking Uruk OWNS Three Hunters!!! But he was still ahead of me, and we both decked out again. He survived Site 9 when I couldn’t play anything...and he had only an exhausted Gimli and an exhausted Frodo!!
Good game on both counts, though. |

I used my new 3 companion Hobbit deck agianst PT troll’s w/ dwarves.
game 1: site 9 victory for maxidoodle with all 3 companions in tact
game 2: site 9 victory for maxidoodle with only Frodo in the dead pile.
The deck uses only Sam, Frodo, and Bilbo, but is completely indestructible.
Note: I didn’t have any A Promise in my deck at the time either. |

My Trolls/Dwarves vs Maxidoodles Hobbits w/ Smeagol/Forest Nazgul
I bid more so i had control of the site path (a good thing to have with goblin hordes )
Site 4: maxidoodle has bilbo ARB, smeagol, sam BoGN, and frodo FF. he plays a ton of conditions to get me loaded on twilight. then i go to town. i play the keyward (which he exerted once with shadowplay) 2 porter trolls, a beastly olog-hai, and an ordnance grunt. i massacred his fellowship. everyone but his sam died that turn and sam died soon after on site 16 when faced with a keyward, an olog-hai, and a porter troll.
ps: i would have beat maxidoodles deck but i forgot to use beasts of burden. if i had used it i would have had enough twilight to toil for the cave troll. |

i just played AC on i.m.s and the field was getting posted on cobra
my three hunters/enduring nazzie swarms vs. his rainbow wounding/orc threat swarms
i was lving with my freeps and occasionally doubling, he pulled two swarms and nobody went down.
but he outran me to site nine. with all my minions getting slaughtered with wounding, it was easy for him to double, not giving me enough time to pull my nazzies from the bottom of my deck.
Good game, AC!
(if i had one more site i could have done it.... grrrrr) |
