Indeed, I'm the one and only Athelas, the healing herb. Well howdy athelas! (the person who designed the minion deck originally btw) |

| how does the minion side work out for you? I just loved to play that deck. It has an element of surprise, big and bad minions that keep coming back... aaaah memories... |

It did pretty good until my friends started getting stronger, strength based, fellowships. Then with tOO and his wound orc events and stuff...

I still use them on occasion and they do fair, but my mOrcs are more stable.

I played them with my Rangers a day or two ago and ended up with all 3 hosts stacked on swarms, as well as quite a few other minions, the biggest stack I've had ^_^, it all came together perfectly (probably because I deck out almost every game that reaches site 9 now -- learned card management )

I was thinking though, plundered armories would be pretty l33t in this deck (stack minion.... OH BOY weapon discarded... now lil minion on frodo is bigger and I get +3 twilight ), I just don't know which cards to take out to have room... any suggestions? (I would like 2) |

That could be a good idea indeed. Especially with some Guard Commanders in play. Sadly, the opponent will probably finish the skirmish against Frodo first or kill the Commander.

I should try it before I can give any good advice. |
