| They have to survive till the regroup phase though, and it’ll only help if they double-move. I suppose it could be mildly useful though. |

not neccasarily it may stop them from double moving if they have an exhausted Enquea plus it gives me twilight for later. |

That’s what I said. It can stop them from double moving. 
Oh, and here’s a hint for remembering how to spell necessary or necessarily:
Never Eat Chips, Eat Salmon Sandwiches + "ary" or "arily"
Just use the first letter of each word... |
