How many people do you normally have play a game of LOTR TCG?
around here the average is a 3 player game.
That last 2 player that I played was with gagnut.
Also what is the largest amount of people you have had in a LOTR TCG game?

Please post your answers

I usually play 2-3, but I have played a 5 Player game before.

1 on 1 is best. I’ve done some pretty big ones though.

I personally like 2 or 4 players games the most.
In a 2 player game it is easier to figure out what sort of cards your opponent may have.
And in a four player game even if you are going fourth you can cycle very well and get a sweet freeps hand.
than take advantage of the 4 move limit and move ahead.
The Elven twins work well in 4 player games with this strategy.
I have played quite a few 5 player games, a couple 6 and one or 2 7.
But beyond 5 can be boring if you only have freeps cards in hand throughout the other 5 players turns.

I’ve never tried multi, but 2-player seems funner. It’s most like a battle between you and the opponent, matching wits, fighting the same minions. It’s also easier to set up your shadow.

1v1 or 3 FFA. Sometimes 4. We’ve tried 8/9 before. It takes waaaaaaay to long. Don’t do it. I beg you.

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. Razz

The move limit is equal to how many opponents you have, unless you are playing 2-player (in which case the move limit is 2). Sorry. Smile
