You may have one copy of Noble Leaders out, and one copy of Splendor of their Banners out.
Unique=you may have only one copy of this card in play at any time. |

you can have both "The splendor of their banners" and "Noble Leaders" out at the same time because even though they are both unique, they have different card titles, you cannot however have two noble leaders out at the same time or two copies of any unique card in play at the same time. i hope this is what you were asking and that it helped a little |

Also, be sure to remember: when your Shadow is playing, your Fellowship "doesn’t exist", and the same is true for your opponents. So, BOTH of you can have Noble Leaders in play, as they’re NEVER in play at the same time. This is important if someone used to play Magic here, since Legendary permanents (the equivalent to Unique cards) have slightly different rules. |
I don't like YOU. |

Hey if I am playing a three player game and both of my opponents are using what happens if one of them plays a Ulaire Enquea, Thrall of the one and the other wants to play an Ulaire Enquea, Lieutenant of Morgul ? I assume that only one can play an Enquea since he is Unique •? |

Yes, that is correct. Only one copy of any unique card can be in play at any time. |
I'm not stupid. I'm just unlucky when I'm thinking. |

However, as has been noted elsewhere, it is possible to have unique Shadow conditions in play thus:
Player A-Fellowship
Player B-Shadow
Player C-Shadow
Player B plays a unique condition. Turn ends.
Player A-Shadow
Player B-Fellowship
Player C-Shadow
Now, Player A plays the same condition. Turn ends.
Player A-Shadow
Player B-Shadow
Player C-Fellowship
Now, you’ve got the same condition in play twice, and it’s unique. According to D, only one can be triggered, as in Worry. |
